Warranty
AIO CREATOR Product Warranty Service
- The warranty for AIO CREATOR products begins from the date indicated on the invoice issued by the dealer. Consumers are required to securely retain their purchase invoice (or proof of purchase) for safeguarding their rights and interests.
- For identification of the warranty period of various product types, please refer to the product serial number identification page instructions. If you have purchased extended warranty coverage (non-original manufacturer warranty) from your dealer, please contact your dealer for information about the extended warranty period.
- In the absence of an invoice (or proof of purchase) from an authorized AIO CREATOR dealer, the warranty period will be determined based on the product's serial number.
- Warranty periods vary by country and region. Please inquire with your point of purchase for more information.
- Damages or malfunctions caused by improper use or disassembly are not covered by the warranty.
- If a product is disassembled by the user or by non-AIO CREATOR authorized engineers, this warranty service does not cover damages resulting from such actions, including but not limited to incorrect self-disassembly and installation (excluding handheld products).
- If customers remove or alter the original warranty serial number label, or if the serial number label does not match the product model specifications, or if the serial number label is deliberately altered or worn to the extent that it becomes illegible, or if the product lacks an AIO CREATOR serial number label, the warranty rights will be revoked, and repair services will not be provided.
In cases where damages are caused by the following factors, the company reserves the right to charge repair fees:
- Damages caused by natural disasters, irresistible external forces, or accidents due to human error.
- Malfunctions and damages caused by self-disassembly, unauthorized specification changes, or non-original company accessories.
- Usage problems and malfunctions caused by software installation and configuration.
- Problems and malfunctions caused by computer viruses.
- Removal or inability to identify the company's warranty identification label. Moisture or water exposure leading to severe oxidation and corrosion of electronic components.
- Other forms of abnormal usage.
